Partners
At Odav’s Empowerment for Progress Foundation (OEPF), we believe that collaboration is the cornerstone of transformative change. Our work to empower communities, advance sustainable development, and support Nigeria’s Renewed Hope Agenda is made possible through a dynamic ecosystem of partners. From government agencies to international development organizations, local communities to academic institutions, our partners bring expertise, resources, and shared vision to amplify the impact of our programs. Together, we are building a more inclusive, resilient, and prosperous Nigeria.
Our Partnership Philosophy
OEPF’s approach to partnerships is rooted in mutual respect, shared goals, and a commitment to sustainable outcomes. We work with partners who share our dedication to empowering vulnerable populations—particularly women, youth, and children—and advancing innovation, governance, and sustainability. Our partnerships are:
Collaborative: We co-design solutions with partners to ensure they are contextually relevant and impactful.
Inclusive: We engage diverse stakeholders, from grassroots communities to global organizations, to foster equitable progress.
Impact-Driven: Every partnership is aligned with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and long-term benefits for communities.
Innovative: We leverage partners’ expertise to integrate cutting-edge technologies and evidence-based practices into our programs.
By building strong, strategic alliances, OEPF creates a multiplier effect, scaling our initiatives and driving systemic change across Nigeria and beyond.
Our Ecosystem Partners
OEPF collaborates with a diverse range of partners, each contributing unique strengths to our mission. Our key partners include:
Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs):
We work closely with federal and state MDAs to align our programs with national priorities, such as education reform, youth employment, and the green economy. Through our Capability Modeling & Policy Advisory program, we provide MDAs with research, capacity diagnostics, and policy tools to enhance governance and service delivery.Nigerian Youth Academy (NiYA):
As a key partner in our Ready4Life program, NiYA supports the delivery of skills training, mentorship, and certifications for youth. Their expertise in youth development ensures that our Finishing School equips participants with market-relevant skills for the digital and green economies.Local Governments and Traditional Institutions:
Local governments and traditional leaders are vital to the success of our community-led programs, such as Meals to Learn and Smart Women, Strong Communities. They provide local insights, mobilize communities, and ensure our initiatives are culturally relevant and sustainable.Development Agencies (UN, USAID, GIZ, etc.):
International development agencies bring global expertise, funding, and technical support to our programs. For example, partnerships with the UN and USAID enhance our ability to address SDGs like Zero Hunger, Quality Education, and Gender Equality, while GIZ supports our sustainability efforts in the Sustain & Grow program.Diaspora Communities and Foundations:
Nigerian diaspora communities and foundations provide financial support, technical expertise, and advocacy for our initiatives. Their global perspective and resources help scale our programs and connect Nigeria’s development to international networks.Universities and Think Tanks:
Academic institutions and think tanks contribute research, innovation, and thought leadership to our programs. Through our Capability Modeling & Policy Advisory program, we collaborate with universities to develop data-driven policy tools and train the next generation of leaders in governance and sustainability.
The Impact of Our Partnerships
Our partnerships are the driving force behind OEPF’s ability to deliver scalable, impactful solutions. Together, we have achieved significant milestones and are working toward ambitious goals:

Empowering Youth through Ready4Life: Collaboration with NiYA and tech partners has equipped thousands of youth with digital skills, with a target of reaching 5000,000 by 2030.
Strengthening Women’s Cooperatives: Support from diaspora foundations and development agencies has helped Smart Women, Strong Communities empower women in agribusiness, aiming to reach 200,000 by 2030.
Advancing Governance: Partnerships with MDAs and universities have enhanced policy development, with a goal to serve 100 MDAs and 15 institutions by 2030.
